What types of artwork do you sell?
I offer two main categories of artwork:
- Digital printed artwork – printed on high-quality Arches paper (for prints up to 30×40 cm).
- Original drawings – made by hand using oil pastels or acrylics on paper.
Can I order a custom size for a digital print?
Yes, custom sizes are possible! Custom prints are produced onHahnemühle Fine Art paper. Please contact me to discuss your preferred size and receive a personalized quote.
Can I view the original artworks in person?
Yes, visits are welcome by appointment. If you’d like to view the artworks in person, please contact me to schedule a suitable time.
Do you offer framing or mat mounting?
Yes, framing and mat mounting options are available. For framed artworks, I recommend picking them up in person to ensure the glass remains safe and intact. Shipping framed pieces is possible, but at the customer’s own risk. Please contact me to discuss your framing preferences.
Do you accept commissions or custom artworks?
Yes! I’m available for commissioned artworks — whether digital, on paper, or on canvas. Please get in touch to discuss your ideas, preferred medium, and budget.
Do you sell to stores (B2B)?
Yes! I offer wholesale opportunities for shops interested in selling my prints. Please contact me directly to discuss partnership options, pricing, and available collections.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 working day swith PostNL. Fine-art prints may take a few extra days to process before shipping. All orders include a Track & Trace code so you can follow your shipment. Shipping is available within the Netherlands only, and artworks are sent in flat, sturdy boxes for maximum protection.
How will my artwork be packaged?
All artworks are carefully wrapped in protective materials and shipped flat — never rolled — to ensure they arrive in perfect condition and are ready to frame or display.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact with photos of the issue. I’ll work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund where possible.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, returns are accepted for both digital prints and original artworks. Please note:custom artworks and custom-sized prints are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. If you’d like to initiate a return, please contact me first for instructions.
