Refund Policy

I want you to be happy with your artwork. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

How to make a return

Send me an email at info@jermainehoebink.nl to start the process. Once your return is approved, I’ll send you instructions and a return shipping label.
Please note that items returned without contacting me first can’t be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Artwork must be returned in the same condition you received it and carefully packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

Damaged or incorrect artwork

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact me right away so I can make it right.

Exceptions

Unfortunately, I can’t accept returns on:

• Custom or commissioned artwork
  

Refunds

Once I receive and check the returned artwork, I’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If it is, I’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
